Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
