- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides.
- Remove the patties and set aside. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and onions, cooking until softened.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet.
- Add the patties back to the skillet and cook until heated through and sauce has thickened.
- Serve warm with gravy poured over the top.
