A delicious low-carb alternative to traditional sausage and biscuits, perfect for a keto diet!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, cheese, eggs, and almond milk to the dry ingredients.
  5. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
