Description

Delicious and low-carb keto biscuits made with sausage and cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, cheddar cheese, crumbled sausage, eggs, and almond milk. Mix until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
