Description

This Keto Sausage & Herb Stuffing is a delicious low-carb side dish that enhances any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 large eggs, beaten


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the celery and onion, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower rice, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper, cooking until heated through.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the chicken broth and beaten eggs.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
