This Keto Sausage & Herb Stuffing is a delicious low-carb side dish that enhances any meal.
Ingredients

			- 1 pound sausage
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the celery and onion, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the cauliflower rice, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper, cooking until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chicken broth and beaten eggs.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using Italian sausage.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
