Description

A delicious low-carb bread ring that combines cheese and herbs for a savory flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mixed herbs (thyme, rosemary)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, and then fold in mixed herbs and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a plate.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
