- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs (thyme, rosemary)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, and then fold in mixed herbs and mozzarella cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a plate.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
