Description

Delicious and easy Keto Shortbread Cookies that are perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and erythritol.
  3. Add softened butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  6. Let cool before serving.
