This delicious Keto Slow Cooker Cake is perfect for a low-carb dessert that satisfies your sweet tooth without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup erythritol or sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Add eggs, applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
