  • 4 medium plums, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch tart pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the melted butter, erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until a cohesive dough is achieved.
  5. Evenly distribute the dough into the tart pan, pressing it firmly into the base and up the sides.
  6. Layer the sliced plums over the crust in a decorative circular arrangement.
