A delicious low-carb calzone filled with spinach, artichokes, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
- Form the dough into two balls and flatten each ball into a circle.
- In another bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, paprika, and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the filling on one half of each dough circle and fold over to create a calzone.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to drain the artichokes well to avoid excess moisture.
- You can add additional spices or cheese to the filling for extra flavor.
