Description

Delicious and satisfying keto steak rolls, perfect for a low carb and gluten free diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the flank steak with a meat mallet to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. In a skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic until soft. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Mix cream cheese and parmesan with sautéed vegetables, then spread over the steak.
  5. Roll the steak tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then place in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak in your choice of and oil and seasoning overnight.
  • These rolls can be served with a dipping sauce of your choice.
