Ingredients

- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the flank steak with a meat mallet to about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic until soft. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix cream cheese and parmesan with sautéed vegetables, then spread over the steak.
- Roll the steak tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Season with salt and pepper, then place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak in your choice of and oil and seasoning overnight.
- These rolls can be served with a dipping sauce of your choice.
