Description

Delicious and healthy keto strawberry donuts topped with a fresh strawberry glaze.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup powdered erythritol for glaze
  • 2 tablespoons fresh strawberry puree for glaze


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and strawberry puree.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the donut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the donuts cool before glazing.
  7. For the glaze, mix powdered erythritol and strawberry puree until smooth.
  8. Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze and let set before serving.

  • Feel free to add more strawberries for additional flavor.
