Description

Delicious and healthy keto stuffed peppers filled with seasoned ground meat and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  4. Add cauliflower rice, diced tomatoes, and seasonings to the skillet; mix well.
  5. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted.
  6. Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers.
  7. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
