Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and celery, cooking until soft.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, and sage.
  4. Add the cauliflower rice and chicken broth, cooking until the cauliflower is tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Notes

  • For more flavor, add cooked sausage to the mixture.
