Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fill each cauliflower tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, then roll tightly.
- Place taquitos on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, and jalapenos.
