Description

Delicious and crispy Keto Taquitos filled with seasoned meat, perfect for a low-carb snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cauliflower tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill each cauliflower tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, then roll tightly.
  5. Place taquitos on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
