Description

A delicious low-carb twist on a classic Italian dessert, these Keto Tiramisu Cups are made with layers of coffee-soaked almond flour cake and mascarpone cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, and cocoa powder.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the mascarpone, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Dip almond flour cake pieces briefly into the coffee and layer them in serving cups.
  4. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
  5. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some cocoa powder on top before serving.
