Ingredients

  • 1 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine erythritol, butter, vanilla extract, and salt over medium heat. Stir until the mixture starts to boil.
  3. Add the walnuts to the saucepan and stir to coat.
  4. Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
