- 1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds (for topping)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, steamed cauliflower, diced onion, and diced celery.
- Add the heavy cream and mayonnaise, then sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Transfer the tuna mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed pork rinds over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
