Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, erythritol, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder and water until smooth.
- Layer the chocolate mixture and whipped cream mixture in shooter glasses.
- Top with fresh raspberries.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, adjust the erythritol to your preference.
- These can be made a few hours in advance and kept refrigerated.
