Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, erythritol, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder and water until smooth.
  5. Layer the chocolate mixture and whipped cream mixture in shooter glasses.
  6. Top with fresh raspberries.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, adjust the erythritol to your preference.
