Description

A delicious low-carb dessert featuring a rich white chocolate filling and topped with fresh winter berries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed winter berries (such as raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, melted butter, and salt to form a dough.
  3. Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering.
  5. Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  7. Pour the white chocolate mixture into the cooled tart crust and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
  8. Top with mixed berries before serving.
