Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Divide the batter in half. Add cocoa powder to one half and mix.
  6. In a greased cake pan, alternate pouring the vanilla and chocolate batters to create a zebra pattern.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
