- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup erythritol
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Divide the batter in half. Add cocoa powder to one half and mix.
- In a greased cake pan, alternate pouring the vanilla and chocolate batters to create a zebra pattern.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
