Description

Delicious and savory Korean Bulgogi served in fresh lettuce wraps for a healthy twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
