Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until browned.
- Assemble the wraps by placing beef and vegetables in the lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
