Description

A flavorful and spicy salmon dish with gochujang and butter.


Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the gochujang mixture over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

  • For extra spice, add more gochujang.
