- 4 fillets salmon
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix gochujang, butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the gochujang mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more gochujang.
- Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
