Description

A delicious and flavorful dish combining Korean Wagyu, kimchi, and gochujang served over a stack of eggs.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium eggs
  • 100 grams Korean Wagyu beef
  • 50 grams kimchi
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 green onion, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Scramble the eggs and season with salt.
  3. In the same pan, cook the Korean Wagyu until browned.
