- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat until it starts to brown.
- Add lemon juice, zest, garlic, and thyme to the butter.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the brown butter mixture over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve warm with additional lemon wedges.
Notes
- For a crispier texture, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference.
