Description

A delicious and crispy salmon dish with a tangy lemon-brown butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat until it starts to brown.
  3. Add lemon juice, zest, garlic, and thyme to the butter.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  5. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the brown butter mixture over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm with additional lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For a crispier texture, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
