Description

A luxurious dish that combines sweet lobster, rich truffle flavors, and creamy cauliflower with a caviar finish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1/4 cup caviar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim and break the cauliflower into florets, then steam until tender.
  3. In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, truffle oil, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. In a mixing bowl, fold in the chopped lobster and half of the Gruyère cheese into the cauliflower mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining Gruyère cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Top with caviar and garnish with fresh chives.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the lobster and add more vegetables.
  • Truffle oil can be adjusted according to taste.
