Description

Delicious low-carb appetizer featuring Brussels sprouts wrapped in crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Wrap each Brussels sprout half with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. Place the wrapped Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the Brussels sprouts are tender.
