Ingredients

			- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- Wrap each Brussels sprout half with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the wrapped Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the Brussels sprouts are tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
