Description

A refreshing low carb dessert made with berry jello and vanilla flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 package sugar-free berry jello
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Stir in the sugar-free berry jello until fully dissolved.
  3. Add blueberries and strawberries to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a jello mold and refrigerate until set.
  5. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  6. Once the jello is set, top with whipped cream and serve.
