A refreshing low carb dessert made with berry jello and vanilla flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 package sugar-free berry jello
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Stir in the sugar-free berry jello until fully dissolved.
- Add blueberries and strawberries to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a jello mold and refrigerate until set.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the jello is set, top with whipped cream and serve.
