- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
- Add melted butter and heavy cream, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Spread the mixture into a greased square baking pan.
- Drizzle the sugar-free caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
