Delicious low carb caramel pecan fudge squares that are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
  3. Add melted butter and heavy cream, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in chopped pecans.
