This Low Carb Keto Gingerbread House is a festive treat that fits perfectly into a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the butter and mix it with eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
  5. Roll out the dough between parchment paper to desired thickness.
  6. Cut the dough into shapes for the gingerbread house.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
