- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, melt the butter and mix it with eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough between parchment paper to desired thickness.
- Cut the dough into shapes for the gingerbread house.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before assembling the house.
