Ingredients

- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine coconut oil and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Stir in matcha powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds and freeze for about 30 minutes until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- For a stronger matcha flavor, increase the amount of matcha powder.
- These can be stored in the freezer for longer shelf life.
