Description

Delicious low-carb fat bombs infused with matcha and white chocolate for a satisfying treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine coconut oil and white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in matcha powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and freeze for about 30 minutes until solid.
  4. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • For a stronger matcha flavor, increase the amount of matcha powder.
