Description

A delicious low-carb dip featuring hearty meat and vibrant red bell peppers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and brown the ground beef.
  3. Add the taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef and mix well.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Add the cooked beef mixture and chopped red bell peppers to the cheese mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
