A delicious low-carb dip featuring hearty meat and vibrant red bell peppers.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and brown the ground beef.
- Add the taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef and mix well.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Add the cooked beef mixture and chopped red bell peppers to the cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- This dip can be served with low-carb vegetables or cheese crisps for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
