Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and strawberry puree until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until combined.
- Pour the mousse into the almond flour pie crust and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
