Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chopped pecans and dark chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
