Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chopped pecans and dark chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set.
