Ingredients

- 1/4 cup sweetener (erythritol or similar)

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and sweetener.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and sesame oil.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth, then add to the sauce.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
