Description

A delicious and sweetly glazed salmon recipe featuring maple syrup and bourbon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place salmon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Remove salmon from the marinade and grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Brush with extra glaze while grilling for additional flavor.

Notes

  • Marinate for longer for a deeper flavor.
  • Serve with a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
