A delicious and sweetly glazed salmon recipe featuring maple syrup and bourbon.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and black pepper.
- Place salmon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Remove salmon from the marinade and grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Brush with extra glaze while grilling for additional flavor.
Notes
- Marinate for longer for a deeper flavor.
- Serve with a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
