Description

A delicious marinated and grilled sea bass fillet infused with fresh herbs, perfect for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 fillets sea bass
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add sea bass fillets and coat them well with the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the marinated sea bass for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
