Description

Delicious and savory Masala Omelet Muffins with a perfect blend of spices and vegetables, ideal for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the spices.
  3. Add the diced vegetables and mix well.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
