Instructions
- Prepare the fish by cleaning and gutting it.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and adobo sauce to create a marinade.
- Marinate the fish for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the fish on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Serve garnished with lime slices and cilantro.
