- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined small baking dish and freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and cocoa powder together.
- Remove the coconut mixture from the freezer, cut into bars, and dip each bar into the melted chocolate.
- Place bars on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
