Description

Delicious and satisfying Mini Keto Chocolate Bounty Bars that are low in carbs and high in flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined small baking dish and freeze for about 20 minutes.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and cocoa powder together.
  4. Remove the coconut mixture from the freezer, cut into bars, and dip each bar into the melted chocolate.
  5. Place bars on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
