Delicious mini keto chocolate lava cake bites that are rich and satisfyingly sweet without the carbs.

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar-free chocolate hazelnut spread, sugar substitute, almond flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Mix until well combined.
- Spray a cupcake pan with non-stick cooking spray, ensuring the walls and bottoms are well coated.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake pan openings.
- Bake for 8 minutes on the center rack of the oven. Avoid opening the oven door during baking. The lava cake bites will look undercooked but will finish baking as they cool.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing each cake from the pan.
Notes
- For an extra touch, serve with a dollop of whipped cream made from heavy cream and a sugar substitute.
- You can substitute the almond flour with coconut flour, but reduce the amount to 1 tablespoon, as coconut flour absorbs more moisture.
