This delicious low-carb cake is perfect for peanut butter and chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugar substitute, eggs, vanilla, and almond milk until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, pouring the mixture into the prepared cake pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before serving.
