- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until tender.
- Stir in peas, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Mix in cauliflower rice and cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into greased mini pie tins.
- Top with a beaten egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
