Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey until browned.
  3. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in peas, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  6. Mix in cauliflower rice and cheddar cheese.
  7. Pour the mixture into greased mini pie tins.
  8. Top with a beaten egg wash.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
