- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and chopped almonds.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
