Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup collagen peptides
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, nut butter, cocoa powder, collagen peptides, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Add the brewed espresso or strong coffee and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- These fat bombs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your taste.
