Description

Delicious mocha fat bombs infused with collagen for a perfect keto-friendly snack or energy boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, nut butter, cocoa powder, collagen peptides, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Add the brewed espresso or strong coffee and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
  5. Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid.
  6. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
