Description

This Nectarine Pecan Crumble is a delicious combination of fresh nectarines and crunchy pecans, topped with a buttery crumble.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced nectarines
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced nectarines and chopped pecans.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  5. Pour the nectarine and pecan mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
