Description

This No Bake Keto Chocolate Cheesecake is a delicious low-carb dessert that’s quick and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, erythritol, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
