Description

Juicy burger patties topped with fresh bruschetta for a gluten-free delight.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper, then form into patties.
  3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Once the patties are almost done, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  6. To serve, place the burger patties on plates and top with bruschetta and avocado slices.
