Juicy burger patties topped with fresh bruschetta for a gluten-free delight.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper, then form into patties.
- Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Once the patties are almost done, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
- To serve, place the burger patties on plates and top with bruschetta and avocado slices.
