A delicious and healthy no-sugar keto-friendly snack made with pumpkin seeds and cocoa.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin seeds, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, almond butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
