A rich and creamy cheesecake swirled with Nutella, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour half of the batter over the crust.
- In a small bowl, mix Nutella and heavy cream until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of Nutella mixture over the cheesecake batter and swirl with a knife.
- Pour the remaining batter on top and again swirl with Nutella.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until the center is set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, allow the cheesecake to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
