Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake swirled with Nutella, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Pour half of the batter over the crust.
  8. In a small bowl, mix Nutella and heavy cream until smooth.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella mixture over the cheesecake batter and swirl with a knife.
  10. Pour the remaining batter on top and again swirl with Nutella.
  11. Bake for 55-65 minutes until the center is set.
  12. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, allow the cheesecake to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
