Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup natural sweetener (like erythritol)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachios, dried cranberries, almond flour, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
